Our office has switched to digital X-rays. This new technology enables the practice to provide quality radiographs at reduced settings. Digital radiography also allows us to process X-rays without the chemical waste that is a byproduct of conventional X-ray developing.
For older children, appointments may be necessary during school hours. We will be happy to provide a written excuse for the school or for your employer. If you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment, please phone us at least one day in advance so we may offer the time to another patient. We do charge those who repeatedly miss appointments. We make every effort to maintain our appointment schedule, and generally do. Occasionally we treat emergencies (such as traumatic injuries) which demand immediate attention. Please understand that you would wish us to treat your child immediately in a similar situation. In the event of an emergency, Dr. Weiner, Dr. Plocheck, Dr. Guiatas or one of the Pediatric Dentists on call may be reached at any time, 24 hours a day, at the following telephone number: (817) 292-5140.
We appreciate payment at the time services are rendered. We accept MasterCard and Visa. As a courtesy, we will file your dental insurance. Please bring all necessary information with you. Fort Worth Pediatric Dentistry is providing a new service called T-Link. This system allows patients to access appointments and account information 24 hours a day via a secure Internet connection, or by telephone. T-Link allows online payments and also provides appointment reminders via e-mail. Our staff will be happy to assist you with the quick and easy signup process, which can be completed over the phone or at your next office visit.
